SADRI BEN YAHMED

Founder & Managing Partner

Sadri leads the Cyel Development team, leveraging his proven track record of successful residential acquisition and development. Sadri oversees all  financial activities of the company, including debt and equity financing, and strategic business planning. ​

 

Sadri earned his BA degree from The George Washington University after prior study of Business and Managerial Economics at Sorbonne University in Paris.  Sadri also studied  Real Estate Development at the University of California in Los Angeles. 

KARI JACOBSON

Project Acquisition

Kari leads project acquisition for Cyel by scouting and researching potential project properties and managing our acquisition pipeline. 

 

By undertaking acquisition due diligence and analysis of specific properties, Kari contributes to Cyel's sustained growth, financial stewardship & fiscal responsibility.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Business, Kari went on to study accounting at the University of Washington. 

MADELINE VASQUEZ

Office Adminsitrator

Madeline facilitates logistics, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and that there is seamless communication across teams.

 

Drawing from a wealth of experience in commercial and residential property management, she equips us with a strategic approach, honed negotiation skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which we leverage to optimize office operations and contribute to our company's overall success.

EDUARDO MIRELES

Project Manager

Eduardo brings a high level of professionalism, time management, and administrative skills to the Cyel Development construction team.

 

Eduardo adds his previous experience working for a high volume property management firm where he was a Project Manager. Eduardo is also a licensed real estate agent and helps the Cyel team to identify potential properties for our acquistion pipeline. 

JOSE SANDOVAL

Construction Coordinator

Jose Sandoval joins us with a robust background in project coordination and purchasing within the millwork and carpentry Industry, focusing on commercial and upscale projects as well as select residential work. He brings a proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality results that align with client expectations. With strong management experience, Jose is dedicated to driving project success and enhancing operational efficiency, making him a valuable asset to our team.

MONIQUE WILKES

Accounting & Administration

Through her effective organizational skills, Monique keeps our office always moving forward.  Everything from data input, account reconciliations, accounts payable and vendor management are part of Monique’s workday.  

 

After attending college in Maricopa, Arizona where she studied Business Law, Monique went on to a successful career in medical office management.
